IT EXAMINES THE EXISTING SYSTEMS IN DETAIL AND PROVIDES THE TECHNICAL OPERATION OF THE FACILITIES BY USING TECHNICAL AND MANAGEMENT SUPPORT IN THE CENTER WITH THE EXPERT ENGINEERS AND TECHNICIANS IN THE FIELD.

OUR COMPANY ENSURES THAT THE CURRENT SYSTEM LIVES IN THE IDEAL LIFE BY ENSURING THAT THE EQUIPMENT AND PERIODIC MAINTENANCE IS CARRIED OUT WITH THE EXPERT STAFF AT THE TIMES WHEN THE SEASON IS REQUIRED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE COMPANY.

THE MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE OF THE ELECTRO-MECHANICAL SYSTEMS (SUCH AS CHILLER, AIR HANDLING UNITS, FANCO­IL UNITS, ELECTRICAL PANELS, CCTV, ELEVATORS) BY THE ENGINEER STAFF AND BY THE TECHNICIANS WHO HAVE BEEN CARRIED OUT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROCEDURES ON THE PRESCRIBED DATES CONSTITUTE THE BASIS OF THE PLANNED PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (PPM). WOULD. MAINTENANCE FORMS ARE CHECKED BY THE COMPANY AND REPORTED TO THE CUSTOMER. IN ADDITION, PRE-SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS REQUIREMENTS ARE AMONG THE SERVICES PROVIDED WITHIN THE SCOPE OF PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE.
